Transport from Valencia airport or train station is included for teams staying with the organisation, on request and for arrivals on Thursday 8 October. Buses are shared between teams and each team has one transfer, with everyone on the same bus. Departures on 11 October from 7:00 p.m. leave from the stadium where the finals are played. Transfers outside these dates and times are the team's own responsibility.

Accommodation is full board: the first service is dinner on 8 October and the last is a picnic lunch on 11 October; any other meal is charged separately. Hotels are 3 or 4 star, assigned by the organisation by category, and are communicated to the team fifteen days before the tournament, provided the documents and payments are up to date. Rooming for players and staff is set by the organisation; the team's contact person arranges rooming for supporters. Teams hosted by the organisation cannot have a player or a coach staying elsewhere.

Spain is part of the Schengen Area. Invitation letters for visa applications are issued on request — write to the tournament office with your squad list.
