This page explains what data the Kings Cup website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Only what you enter in the team application form: the club name and country, the age group and package, the contact person's name and role, an email address and phone number, the number of players, staff and supporters travelling, and anything you write in the message field.

We do not collect players' personal data through this website. Squad lists and player documents are handled separately with the organisers after the entry is accepted.

To process the entry, hold a place for the team, prepare the offer and the invoice, and contact the club about the tournament. We do not use these details for advertising and do not pass them to anyone outside the organisation of the tournament you applied for.

On the organisers' own server inside the European Union, and in the mailbox of the organising team. Access is limited to the people who process entries.

The site uses one technical cookie to remember the language you chose. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Write to the address on the contacts page and we will answer within a month. If you believe we handle your data wrongly, you may complain to the data protection authority in your country.
